About the Developers
Stonebridge is the result of a successful partnership between Architect Robert Corna and K&D. In 1999, they broke ground on the first building to begin the Stonebridge legacy. Collectively, they bring to this massive, multi-phase project all of the professional skills necessary to make Stonebridge a highly attractive housing alternative - including experience in architectural design, land development, construction and building management.
K&D
Founded in 1984 by Karen Paganini and Doug Price, K&D is today the largest owner and manager of apartments in Northeast Ohio. It oversees more than 13,000 units in 38 different locations with the help of 500+ employees. Additionally, the company owns and manages several commercial and hotel portfolios in the region.
Despite the economic challenges that have plagued Cleveland and much of Ohio, Karen and Doug have managed to develop a proven formula for acquiring and renovating properties with upside potential. Their company's explosive growth in the past decade is proof of their ability to anticipate the market and create a successful real estate product.
