Overall Plan

Stretching northward from the historic Superior Viaduct (the old stone bridge) toward Whiskey Island, Stonebridge is destined to be the crowning jewel of the West Bank of the Flats.

Spread out over 12 phases, Stonebridge represents a $500 million investment in more than 2,000 units (for lease and for sale), in addition to offices, shops and restaurants. Future plans call for the addition of a glass skywalk that will ultimately connect all of the buildings of Stonebridge for a community-within-a-community feel.

Critical to the future success of Stonebridge is the continued existence of Wendy Park and Whiskey Island Marina, which provide urban dwellers with a beautiful, tranquil refuge. Plans are underway to provide direct access from Stonebridge to Whiskey Island via the extension of the Towpath Trail, a hiking-and-biking trail that will eventually extend more than 100 miles along the path of the Ohio and Erie Canal.
