Nightlife in the Flats is like none other in Northeast Ohio. Historically, the Flats has been known as a major hub of dining and entertainment options. And today, with new development in the area, that legacy continues. There are nearly 30 restaurants and clubs located on both the East and West Banks, including Ponte Vecchio, which serves award-winning Italian cuisine and is located right in the center of Stonebridge adjacent to the Superior Viaduct. In addition, the Flats hosts two major venues for live entertainment—The Plain Dealer Pavillion and Nautica Entertainment Complex.
Within a few minutes walking distance is the Powerhouse which holds The Rock Bottom Brewery, Cyrus Nightclub, Howl at the Moon, and Windows on the River. Shooters, The Harbor Inn, and The Flat Iron are all right around the corner too.
In addition to the numerous dining and entertainment establishments located right in the Flats, there are many trendy options available in nearby Ohio City, Tremont and The Warehouse District.
Some of the popular destination spots in Tremont include Lola's, Lava Lounge, Fahrenheit and Parallax, to name just a few. Combine this with the culinary flair of The Flying Fig, Great Lakes Brewing Company, Market Avenue Wine Bar, and Heck's Café found in Ohio City. And, of course, you'll never have a problem satisfying your appetite for great food and entertainment with all the clubs and restaurants located around West 6th Street in the ever-popular Warehouse District. Or, a few blocks farther down, there's the lights and drama of Cleveland's Theatre District.
Fresh produce and an international smorgasbord of fresh meats abound at the nearby famous West Side Market. Or for something a little more modern, shop at Tower City Center just over the bridge to find the latest fashion designs. Think you're in the mood for a new "do" Then pop over to the well known, highly talked about Zen Salon.
Just feel like you want to relax and stretch a bit? Then you'll appreciate Settlers Landing Park that's practically right in your backyard. Or, hop on your bike for a relaxing ride along Cleveland's Towpath Trail, which connects with Cleveland Metroparks' 22,000-acre Emerald Necklace. Stroll along the banks of the Cuyahoga River and watch a massive barge maneuver its way down the channel. Or sit atop the Superior Viaduct Bridge for a breathtaking view of the city skyline.
